Shipping & Delivery
  • €14,75 shipping incl. VAT on all orders without rail via DPD
  • €35,67 shipping incl. VAT on orders containing rail (1.50 - 2.00 meters) via DPD
  • Shipping rates apply to all counties in ROI and Northern Ireland.

When will my order ship and when will it arrive?

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1 - 2 working days (Monday to Friday only) - Please note during busy periods this cannot be guaranteed.
  • Our dispatch team dispatches orders throughout the day to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible even after our daily parcel collection, so if you receive an email after 3pm it will most likely be collected the following working day.
  • Orders with larger quantities can take up to 2 weeks to dispatch, please enquire before purchase.
  • Delivery is typically within 1 - 2 working days (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays). 
  • If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
  • Further updates regarding your delivery will follow via text or email from the carrier.

If ordered pre 12.00h there may be availability to dispatch the same day. This is dependant on stock availability, size of order, however this may not be possible during busy periods. Do check before ordering if you require something quickly.

Which company do you use for shipping?
  • We use DPD for shipping.
  • Shipment Tracking information is sent out via email and/or text message.
  • Further updates regarding your delivery will follow via text or email from the carrier.
  • Please note carriers do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
  • Any liability for failure to deliver in good time is not within our control once the goods have left the warehouse.
  • Please email us as soon as the order has been placed if you need delivery instructions added (leave safe or with a neighbour).
  • Please ensure you order in plenty of time and please check your order has arrived in good condition before arranging installation.

 Can I pay via bank transfer or order over the phone?

  • We can take payments via bank transfer.
  • Please email your requirements or screenshot and email the basket over and we can manually take your order. We can provide a quotation or send over our payment details and the invoice.
  • Full payment is required before dispatch.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, secure payment link or via telephone. 


Returns & Replacements
We hope you are happy with your order but if for any reason you need to return an order:
  • Simply contact us within 14 days of receipt of your shipment via email at to arrange for return. Return shipping is typically arranged by the customer. We can arrange a return but if rails are included this may cost €45.00.
  • We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
  • You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  • You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In case of goods, which by their nature cannot normally be returned by post, the cost is estimated at a maximum of €45.00.
  • When we have received your return, someone from our Returns Department will contact you to confirm we have received the goods and issue the refund.
  • If you have requested an exchange and not a refund, we will arrange shipment.

  • Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to show back into your account. If you have any questions, do get in touch via email
  • May be slight differences between the processing time for credit cards versus debit cards, depending on your bank processing time.

    Send the item back to the following address with the required information:
    • FAO: Returns Department, Picture Hanging Systems, Boghall Road, Bray, Co. Wicklow, A67 AH94, Ireland
    • Required information: Please provide your: Name, order number, address, contact number & reason for return.


    Damaged or Defective Goods

    • Customers are expected to inspect all packages on delivery and in the event of any damage to the packaging or goods once opened, get in touch with us as soon as possible either via phone or (Within 2 working days of receipt of the goods) Please retain the packaging until you are advised it can be disposed of.
    • Damaged goods should not be discarded until we have been informed and you have received our written instructions. If you are able to take photographs of the damage (full wide image and close up image of the item as well as packaging) that is most helpful. If damage is extensive we reserve the right to file claim with the carrier who may retrieve the damaged goods for inspection.
    • We will issue a full refund or replace at no charge all damaged product reported within the specified period.
    • Defective products are replaced free of charge. However, we reserve the right to inspect defective product before replacing.

    Payment, Pricing & Promotions
    All major credit cards are accepted, including Visa, MasterCard®, American Express and Discover.

    We offer a few options for payment: Shop pay by Shopify, Apple Pay or Paypal

    • ShopPay is an accelerated checkout that lets customers save their email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information is provided by Shopify and covers all six PCI standard categories, more details can be found here.
    • Apple Pay is safer than using a physical credit, debit or pre-paid card. Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode are required for purchases on your iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac or iPad. Your card number and identity aren’t shared with merchants, and your actual card numbers aren’t stored on your device or on Apple servers.
    • Paypal, you can make a payment even without a PayPal account, no registration needed. They do not share your financial information with sellers. They offer 24/7 monitoring on all transactions. PayPal uses encrypted security technology on both buyer and seller's ends to ensure a secure transaction.

    All orders are subject to VAT at the current rate which is 23%.
