STAS flowtrack rail profile

The STAS flowtrack is an innovative picture hanging system that stands out thanks to its unique design, specially designed to be as inconspicuous as possible. Thanks to the supplied plastic cover strip, a seamless connection is created between all rail segments, so that rail and wall form one sleek whole. Because of the perfect fit, the rail sits very tightly against the wall, without gaps or shadow edges. In this way the rail system forms a subtle solution for flexibly hanging pictures, frames and artworks.

A unique feature of this system is that the STAS flowtrack is fully paintable and wallpaperable. This allows the rail to be fully integrated into the wall finish.

Installation & placement

• The rail comes with mounting material and can be fixed directly onto the wall via handy pre-drilled holes every 20 cm.
• The plastic cover strip clicks easily onto the rail and can be shortened as desired with scissors, a Stanley knife, a saw or special cutting shears.
• The rail is not flush with the ceiling but can be mounted up to a maximum of 11 mm below the ceiling.
• When used with wallpaper, we advise placing the rail approximately 6 cm below the ceiling, so that the hooks can be hung into the rail from above without any problems.
• When wallpapering over it, the wallpaper can easily be cut loose along the top of the rail before it dries.

Painting over or wallpapering

The STAS flowtrack picture rail is fully paintable and wallpaperable and can therefore be concealed inconspicuously in any interior. Preparation is easy:

1. Lightly sand down
2. Apply plastic primer
3. Paint over or wallpaper with normal wallpaper paste

This way the hanging system becomes almost invisible, while you still retain the flexibility to rearrange pictures, frames and artworks again and again.
